Bulletproof coffee is a coffee with butter and oil.
You might think that no one would ever mix these things together to get a delicious coffee, but it’s actually quite tasty (depends on oil and butter you use) and helps with:
- weight loss
- it kills pesky cravings
- it gives you more energy
The recipe is extremely simple.
You’ll need 2 teaspoons of coffee (you can use usual coffee or special bulletproof coffee, but not the lyophilized), 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. That will be enough for you If you are fasting.
If you are not, then you can also add 1 tablespoon of heavy whipping cream, you can use MCT oil. To add more taste you can use cinnamon, cocoa powder (sugar-free), etc.
Now you put it all together in a blender and blend it together 🙂
It’s better to have your coffee in the morning!
Try to keep it high-fat coffee with no sugar or sweet components.
